Rulada cu ciuperci / Mushrooms roulade

Nici nu va imaginati ce miros e la mine in casa in timp ce eu va scriu aceste randuri…

Pt cina din seara aceasta am pregatit o rulada cu ciuperci care se face cam intr-o ora si jumatate, ca trebuie sa stea la copt.

Avem nevoie de:

  1. 3 oua
  2. ~ 100- 150 gr de branza
  3. un pachet de foi de placinta ( dar nu va speriati nu le folosim pe toate)
  4. putin patrunjel tocat
  5. cam 650 gr de ciuperci ( crude sau din conserva )
  6. putina sare, piper si ce condimente mai credeti voi ca se merita aruncate in amestec
  7.  2 cepe mici ( tocate mai marunt )

Pt sosul care le va insoti pe farfurie, curatam cativa catei de usturoi si vreo 5 linguri de smantana proaspata.

Le adunam pe toate, tocam marunt si ciupercile si le pozam, ca sa fie si ele mandre, cam asa:

Dupa mini sedinta foto, punem ceapa la calit si dupa ce se aureste punem si ciupercile ca sa faca cunostinta:

Separat batem ouale cu putina sare, piper si condimente si dupa ce se racesc putin ciupercile calite le adaugam peste oua, apoi radem branza si punem si patrunjelul peste ele si amestecam bine sa se omogenizeze.

Luam 4 foi subtiri de placinta si le intindem pe masa, peste care asezam jumatate din compozitie, rulam si asezam frumos ruloul in tava de cozonac unsa in prealabil cu ulei:

Cand e gata si al doilea rulou, le fardam cu un ou batut si le pune fuga la cuptorul incalzit mai inainte, ca sa fie primitor:

Cat timp rulada se odihneste la caldura, curatam usturoiul:

Il tocam marunt, marunt, il pisam cu o furculita ca sa isi elimine aroma si il frecam “la ficati” cu putin piper, sare si la final punem si smantana ca sa facem o crema parfumata pt rulada.

Cand credeti ca rulada e coapta, puneti mana pe cea mai la indemana farfurie, aranjati o felie de rulada, si serviti-o cu cine va e pe aproape, in cazul meu a fost sotul.

You cannot even imagine the smell that fills  my house while I write these lines …

For tonight’s dinner I prepared a mushroom roulade with a cooking tike for about an hour and a half, a great idea for a simple dinner.

We need:

3 eggs
~ 100 to 150 grams of cheese
a package of sheets for pies (but do not worry you won’t not use them all)
little chopped parsley
about 650 grams of mushrooms (fresh or canned)
salt, pepper and spices as you think it is worth throwing in the mix
2 small onions (chopped smallest)

For the sauce that will accompany the dish, clean a few cloves of garlic mixed with 5 tablespoons of cream and some salt.

Collect them all in handy, and brown the mushrooms and chopped onions in a pan with some sunflower oil. After the mini photo shooting, beat eggs with salt, pepper and spices and add the cooled mushrooms with onions then the cheese  and parsley and blend with a spoon.

Take four thin sheets of pie and stretch them on the table, on which you place half of the above composition and roll.
When ready, the second roll, put them into the tray and  shadow them with egg wash and put them into the heated oven.
While resting chop the garlic and piss it with a fork then add the pepper, salt and finally the cream.

Tale out of the oven the baked rolls,  arrange a slice on a plate, and serve it with the loved ones, in my case it was my husband.
