Turta dulce / Gingerbread

A inceput… Pentru prima oara in viata mea.

Pofta mare!

English version:

It started … Is approaching fast … In less than 2 weeks we will stand as a child with the eyes concealed under the blanket and thinking of Santa Claus. Will he come, or not … Will he remember me or he forgot already who I am? Or maybe I am punished as I behaved only in December, but it was my fault that I couldn’t do it all year through… Thoughts and thoughts and thoughts for the cutest old man in this world. Thinking about this, but also because my husband is being asking me for a while, I made gingerbread today, for the first time in my life. I had fun in the kitchen with my recently bought forms and I smelled the unique perfume full of memories of cinnamon and cloves.

What I used for my sweet gingerbread was:

4 tablespoons of honey
2 eggs
2 yolks
about 5, 6 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of baking soda
cinnamon, rum essence and cloves
about 500 gr flour
Preheat the honey in the microwave for about 1 minute and then add the remaining ingredients.Mix well. Make sure the ingredients to be added quickly before the honey hardens. Once you get a firm dough begin the modeling.
Place the on the baking paper in your tray. The oven should be warm but not hot and the fire left very small. It will cook very quickly so be careful not to burn them!
