Nu am zis niciodata ca sunt o bucatareasa iscusita sau vreun mic sef patiser in devenire si ca ce gatesc eu, mancaruri simple si complicate sau dulciuri, sunt dintre cele mai bune. Daca stai si te uiti putin la ele, la macarurile mele, multe nici nu sunt asa complicate si nici nu arata intr-un mare fel. Insa ceea ce pot spune si nimeni nu ma poate contrazice (pt ca nu o sa il las) este ca toate au un gust minunat, pe care nu il uiti asa usor. Sunt o persoana obeza si ai putea spune la prima vedere ca de aia imi place mancare ca sa vede dupa felul in care arat. Eu zic altceva: e vorba de placerea de a te simti util, de placerea de a oferi celor dragi ceva facut de tine si multa iubire, si cu toata modestia de rigoare e vorba si de miliardele de fani pe care o sa mi-i fac. Hi hi hi hi hi

Dar iata ca a venit vremea si gainii mele sa isi dezvaluie frumusetea in tava. Am gatit-o dupa exact aceleasi principii dupa care am gatit si curcanul pt masa de Craciun. Deferenta a fost aici ca doamna gaina a fost prefiarta si mult mai mica si mai timida. Initial am facut un sos din

  • 200 ml vin alb
  • 10 ml ulei de masline

Am lasat-o la cuptor cam 1 ora, dar intre timp am intors-o si pe alte parti si am pus peste ea lichid din tava ca sa o rumeneasca usor. Intre timp am facut si un mujdei de usturoi si o mamaliguta de-a noastra si de-a tuturor, si gata a fost masa de duminica
